How far in advance should I order my invitations?
Because all of our invitations are hand made, you should allow 4-6 weeks for your order. Because wedding invitations should be sent to your guests 4-6 weeks before the event, your order should be placed 8-12 weeks before the wedding date. See the chart at the bottom of the How to Order page for more information on suggested timing.
How many extra invitations should I order?
To be safe, order 5-10% over what you think you'll need. Then you'll have extras for guests you think of at the last minute, or to keep for a memory. Remember, when determining number to order, invitations are usually sent one per couple or family, not per person.
When is the last point we can make changes to our order?
You can make wording changes until you sign the proof form stating your order is just how you would like it. After the order is placed, however, any changes in color or paper will delay your order, as we will need to reorder also. So carefully choose the invitation you are happy with before you place an order.
How can I cancel my order? What is your refund policy?
Because all our work is custom, once a proof has been approved by you, the client, we cannot cancel it. Before proof approval, orders can be cancelled and refunds or charge credits will be given, less a $75.00 processing fee. Note: PayPal limits refunds to 60 days from date of purchase.
How will my order be shipped?
We are constantly looking for reliable and affordable shipping options, in order to keep our costs as low as possible. We will include a shipping charge in the estimate, so you know what to expect.

Can I order a sample?

Can I make changes to my order?
Because we offer a personalized service, the order cannot be cancelled or changed after the client has approved the final proof. If the order is cancelled before the proof is signed, Funvitations will refund any money paid, less the down payment. We cannot move ahead with the printing process until the client has given their written approval on the final proof. What is on the final proof WILL appear on the invitations, so it is VERY important to carefully check over ALL aspects of the proof before giving your approval. Also, it is important to return the signed proof to us in a timely manner. Any delays a the proof stage may mean delays in your delivery.
