Products produced by the customer using the same design must have specific written approval from Funvitations, without which would be a violation of US Copyright laws.
All photographic, electronic, and other images provided by to Funvitations are the property of the client, and will not be used in other products. Should Funvitations wish to use these images, permission from Funvitations will be obtained from the rightful owners.
