Ordering Information Ordering samples: Samples are available for wedding invitations. We encourage you to order them before placing an order. They are listed on the invitation order page. Samples are priced individually and the price includes shipping and handling. The cost of the sample can be credited toward your invitation purchase (up to $24).
Changes to orders: Because we offer a personalized service, the order cannot be cancelled or changed after the client has approved the final proof. If the order is cancelled before the proof is signed, Funvitations will refund any money paid, less a $75 change fee. Note: PayPal limits refunds to within 60 days of purchase.
If Funvitations has made an error in the printing of the invitation, or the quality of the invitation has somehow been compromised, we will take full responsibility and reprint the invitations at no additional cost, or find a comparable solution.
Proof: We cannot move ahead with the printing process until the client has given their written approval on the final proof. What is on the final proof will appear on the invitations, so it isVERY important to carefully check over all aspects of the proof before giving your approval. Also, it is important to return the proof in a timely manner. Any delays at the proof stage may mean delays in delivery.
Placing an order: Orders can be placed anytime using our secure server and PayPal. We do not store credit card or personal information at Funvitations.
Rush Orders: Since we are a small company, we cannot always accommodate rush orders, but we will try to accommodate them whenever possible. Rush charges will apply. Please contact us for further information.
Sales Tax: Orders delivered within the state of Wisconsin will be subject to a 5.5% sales tax.
Payment Options: We work with PayPal to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards, as well as traditional PayPal. The shopping cart will direct you to the PayPal site automatically. You do not need to have a Paypal account to make a purchase. Simply click on the "continue" link in the center of the page.
Order Confirmations: When your order has been placed, you will receive an email message confirming your order. We will follow that up with an email with your estimated proof and shipping dates.
Custom Jobs: We are happy to create a unique invitation for you!For more information, please visit our Custom Design page.
Custom Requests: We will try to accommodate custom requests that pertain to our invitations (such as custom monograms, envelope color, ink colors, margin adjustment, trim or ribbon color, two-color printing, wax seals, etc). Please contact us and we can provide a quote for you. Please note that all special accommodations MUST be included in the initial order, and cannot be added later on without additional costs and delays.
Gift Certificates: We can provide those in any amount! Perfect for new babies or engagement gifts! Contact us for further information! Note: Gift Certificates will appear in a separate cart from other orders.
Services Addressing/ Stamping Services: We do not currently offer addressing or stamping services, but we hope to be able to add that in the future!
Email newsletter: We occasionally publish a free email newsletter to our clients and those on our mailing list, with discounts and tips for planning events. If you would like to be included in this, please contact us with "mailing list" in the subject line.

Privacy Policy: Funvitations does not sell or exchange names or any information you provide us for your invitations or your personal account to any third party. Since all our financial transactions are handled by PayPal, we do not store any credit card or financial information. I understand that Funvitations may use my email and mailing address for information and promotions that may be of interest to me from time to time.
