How to Order Funvitations

1. Find a design you like and, if you're looking for a wedding invitation, order a sample invitation set. The sample is the best way to see if you like the invitation. When you decide to place an order, the sample fee will be deducted from the final cost of your order (up to $24). If you do not see a design you like, we will be happy to custom design one for your special event. Custom designs start with your budget, to make it affordable for you.

2. Decide on your quantity. Plan 5% over what you'll think you'll need; it's better to have a few extra--printing additional invitations after the initial order will be more costly. You should have already established a number of invitations you will need, and have a predetermined budget. (Remember: invitations are usually one per couple--so 100 invitations for about 200 guests), plus extra for last-minute invites and a few to keep for memories. We will also include a few extra envelopes for addressing errors.

3. Decide on your wording. We've listed a some wording ideas to give you ideas, but you can choose to say whatever you would like (a good resource is www.Verse It.com . Be sure to input your wording exactly as you would like it to appear for your invitations and all other cards you are ordering; any changes will delay your order, and may add additional cost. If you need extra time for wording information, such as for programs or menus, please indicate that on the order form. You can then email it to us at orders@funvitationinvites.com

4. Choose a font style from the font page. If you would like to use a font not found on the list, we can try to purchase that font for you (additional charges will apply).

5. Choose options for the invitation of your choice. Design changes to the design make it a custom job, and you should follow the instructions on our custom design page.
Note: If you would like small changes for your invitation, such as a different color option, contact us and we can check to see if that is available and give you a quote. These changes do not need to be considered custom. Please note that all special accommodations MUST be included in the initial order, and cannot be added later on without additional costs and delays.

6. Then... wait for your proof! We will send you a proof of your order, along with a proofing checklist. This will be done through an e-mail attachment (a .pdf file), but we can mail or fax it to you if you prefer. Once your invitation is how you like it, you need to return it to us with any changes indicated. It's important to look the proof over carefully. Once you've signed off on the proof, no changes can be made or errors corrected without additional fees and extended production time. Once the final proof is back in our hands, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. If you need it faster, please call us to determine if we can accommodate a rush job (additional fees may apply.)
